Aaron started ACOM Consulting in 2011 after many years of construction management at Nextel, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless

Aaron started his career in wireless in the mid 90's constructing communication sites across the country, later moving to construction management of wireless and communications projects for numerous carriers. Aaron started ACOM Consulting in 2011 after many years of construction management at Nextel, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless. Over the years, he has gained a broad understanding of all aspects of the wireless industry, from real estate, A&E, utility coordination, and construction management. On his off time, Aaron enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, really most anything outdoors.

Matt has more than 20 years of professional experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, with additional experience in construction project management of telecommunication networks. This experience has included business development in wireless telecom technology deployment; technical support in microwave and base station, installations, commissioning, integration, diagnostic troubleshooting, and leadership in both technical and managerial roles. He has developed a lead technical consultant role with a nationwide telecom provider’s wireless projects, and worked with site development for a wireless telecom services company to successfully deploy and launch over 150 PCS sites for multiple wireless clients. Previous experience has also included additional experience in computer networking and aircraft avionics, as well as more than seven years avionics experience while in active military service. Matt joined Acom Consulting as Director of Technology Implementation to grow the wireless program management and technical division.

He thrives in the ability to communicate the status of the project from the technicians to engineers and project managers. When he is not managing various small cell sites, Ryan enjoys his hobby farm that includes gardening, chickens, quails, horses and even a mini mule with the help of his wife and daughter.
